CString AllocSysString linking

I'm using the CString class. I can get to the Format
method. By linking cannot resolve the AllocSysString
method. I've checked all of the defines, and one is
wrapped around the AllocSysString. But, I've made sure
that that define is not defined.

Can someone verify for me the library and dll that CString
is found in? Then I can double-check my directories
settings.

I'm including: afx.h with #undef _WINDOWS_
