Known issue, set FP to use Notepad to edit .css files under Tools | Options | Editors.

If you feel your current issue is a results of installing
a Service Pack or security update, please contact
Microsoft Product Support Services:

If the problem can be shown to have been caused by a
security update, then there is usually no charge for the call.

why would FP 2000 create this feature and it not work in FP? now you can
not point and click to modify, but have to know how to modify html. is
there a patch for this?

thanks,

Lauren

It is a bug, and the patch/solution is to upgrade to FP2002 or FP2003.
