I have been having problems with my memory being used up
which makes my computer run like a snail. It usually
occurs when I'm connected o the internet but occurs at
random times, which means I can sometimes surf for ten
minutes before it happens but other times it's within a
minute. When I check my processes list I saw that one
program named CSRSS.EXE was using all my memory. The
computer will not allow me to end this process and I have
no idea how to solve this problems. At the moment I have
to reboot every time this occurs. Could anyone tell me how
to solve this problem?

Which OS and ServicePack?
Is this a Terminal Server?

817532 - Thread in the Csrss.exe process consistently uses 25
percent of the CPU on your Windows 2000 Server

827350 - Clients cannot connect to a Terminal server when
Csrss.exe and Termsrv.exe spike at 100 percent CPU usage
