csrss.exe taking up over 70% of my CPU

      24th May 2004
runnin XP pro, this process is taking up over 70% of my
CPu cycles. Should I be concerned? Is this evidence of
another problem?

Don't know if it's related, but I'm getting a lot of pop-
ups lately and my IE often crashes.
