Csrss.exe is taking up all extra cpu ehen i check it in task manager. Why is this happening? How can i stop it

Causing computer to go really slow

Consider: 1. csrss.exe is a Windows system file located in
theC:|Windows\System32 folder - do search if you find anothr csrss.exe in
another location it is malware.

2. Check KB55021
