CSNW Configuration for Default Profile

Is there a way to set the CSNW settings such as tree, context and login script use in the default profile such that every time a new
user logs in and creates a profile they aren't prompted during their initial login to set the tree, context and login script use? I
have my own custom default profile created and in use and despite the fact that I've tried everything to get it set in the default
profile, the first time a new user logs in it continues to prompt them for tree, context and login script use. Any input would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
