Do you refer to Borland's product C#Builder? If I'm not mistaken, there was
no 2003 version, but instead 1.0 and then 2005/2006.

Also, what shortcuts do you refer to? The Start menu ones? If yes, look for
the EXE files in the Bin directory, that's where the shortcuts refer to by
default.
