We have a computer were files were in an offline mode. When we went to
reinstall our domain controller we didn't know some files were not
syncronizing to the server. We took the computer off the old domain and
switched it to the new domain. We can no longer access the offline files even
though we have access to the entire CSC folder. I can not seem to find
anything online that states if we can copy the existing CSC folder on another
computer and extract the data. When we attempted this in the past it made the
system almost unmanagable by freezing the computer. I am looking for a
solution to be able to access this CSC file. I know I can use CSCCMD to
extract the files but I can't even get the OS to see the database yet. Does
anyone have any solutions?
