CSC - Client Side Caching

in the WinNT Folder is CSC.

How can I empty the contects of this and turn off the
evil CSC ?. So far the user is up to 22GB in that
folder, but they have no idea as to what they've done to
activate it...

See under Tools | Folder Options in Explorer.
There you can find the "Enable" checkbox and a Delete Files button.
