Crystal Reports won't work wiht Mandatry network profiles

I am a network administrator for a community college. I am
not a programmer. We have had VS.NET installed for the
last two semesters without a problem. That is until an
instructor got to the section in his book about crystal
reports. I have determined that the cause is definitely
the mandatory profiles used in our student access labs.
All other profile options i.e. local and roaming work
okay. Does anyone out there know of a work around for this
problem?
