Does anyone know if this only allows 5 concurrent users?

I don't know the answer but the Crstal license includes
the following: "'Report Distribution System' means any
process or system that is used to automatically deliver,
share or distribute Report(s) without providing any Access
to the Server Software: (a) to greater than fifty (50) end
users" And the deployment instructions have the following
note: "Crystal Reports for Visual Studio .NET is a
performance-limited edition intended for development
purposes and use with Server/Web applications accessed by
small groups."

Five seems a bit small to me.
