Hello All,
I have a windows application that is using Crystal reports. The database for
the application is located on a different machine than the machine on which
the application is running. Currently, we are using the IP address of the
database server in the DB connection string.
But when the user tries to pull up the reports, there is a request for the
login information for the database server. I am completely at a loss to
understand as to why this is happening.

If anyone can provide any pointers towards this issue, it would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks
Mithun.

Are you populating a dataset and then setting the report source to the dataset
Are you running on XP Pro?
