crystal report designer without VS

Hello,

i would like create a report for customers by using Visual Studio and would
like that the companys are able to customize their reports by using a kind
of Report Designer.
Is it possible that i can implement in my software a kind of Report Designer
by using CrystalReports Dll`s?
