I've been attempting to update my Vista basic with SP1 after being notified
that it was an "important update". When I've tried to do the update, it
stops and gives me the error code 80070426. I have been thru ALL the
webpages that have been posted in here and nothing has worked. I looked at
my "Services" window, and cryptographic services is NOT started. When i
attempt to start it, it gives me a pop up box that says: "Windows could not
start the Cryptographic Services service on Local Computer. Error 1079: The
account specified for this service is different from the account specified
for other services running in the same process."

What does this mean, and how can I fix it??????? I've read everything i
could find on the error 1079, and nothing has worked. Please help!!
