co-work running outlook 2003 SP3 gets this message when trying to send e-mail
(HTML/Plain/Rich) to various recipiants (sometimes works/somestimes not):

"Out of memory or system resoruces. Close some windows or programs & try
again" his pagefile/swap/system resources are all just fine.

i don't know how to solve this issue. Note that i have run the scanpst and
i even rebuilt his pst file from scratch.

Also not that we are using a 'softalk share' message store, which uses a SQL
express database on a shared network drive, for the message store.

The entire office uses 'softalk' and he's the only one with the proble, so i
don't think the message store is causing the issues.

Can anyone help?

Does it work when you use Outlook in Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe

If so, it is most likely caused by an addin.

Safe mode still renders same issue.

I noticed he had an older version of the message store (1.3.0.388) i
installed the latest message store (1.3.1.414) with the same results.

As 30 + of my co-works run this message store i feel that this isn't the
culperate

any other suggestions?

normal PST file resolved issue. it would appear there is some problem with
the remote store.

As a varification for the message store that i was fine, i ran that store on
my machine and it worked fine. i also ran a diagnostic using the Softalk
admin program and the store/dbase is fine.

i will uninstall his office suite, and reinstall using office 2007. I have
high hopes that this will resolve issue, as i know message store is fine.

Odd though that this just happened, while he has been running this remote
store for months now.

Thanks for all the though Roady.

Will post my results for reference.

Rock on!
