Monitor: Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 930SB
OS: Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate

The problem I have is that under Windows XP my monitor refreshes at 120hz
and under Windows Vista, the highest it will go is 100hz, leaving me with
little bars on the side of the screen because I can't make it wider with my
monitor controls. It is maxed out at 100 percent.

I know it is not a driver issue because I called Evga support and they
tested their monitors and all came back with 100hz as max refresh rate
regardless of the brand of monitor being used.

Please help me with this issue and thanks in advance.

You need a Vista compatible monitor.inf file for your specific monitor.

I EVGA support can not get more that 100 Hz refresh rate what makes you
think that you can. What do you have the EVGA does not have? It is all in
the drivers.
