I know that this is somewhat off topic but since this is a news group that
containscross posts I thought I would ask here.

If I reply to a message that was crossposted, does my reply go to all of the
groups that the original message was posted to?

Yes - if the groups are accessible from your connection. If any are not
accessible - you should get a warning about "Groups not found."

By default the reply should go to the same list of groups, but you should
be able to edit the list to add or remove groups.
