Hi! I just recently recovered my mpeg video files from my
one hard drive (storage) after accidently formating said
hard drive when I was trying to format my primary hard
drive to install windows on it. I then used a file
recovery program, but when I attempted to play back some
of the mpegs, it seems that there are pieces of other
mpeg files crossed linked with each other. I have tried
disk defragger, but didnt fix the problem. So before I
give up on these files, is there a way I can fix the
cross links besides disk defragger (which didnt do the
job)?

Oh I tried chkdsk and defragment conseculatively, all the
mpeg files are still cross linked with each other. I was
wondering if there is a program out there that
specializes in fixing problems like this.
