In the past I was able to do an Alt+PrtScn and Paste a Window screen
shot/grab into an e-mail using Outlook 2003.

Lately the Picture tool bar seems to have disappeared. In the past it would
pop up when i clicked on an image in the body of an e-mail, for some reason
it doesn't anymore, so i cant crop the image.

Any ideas? i don't want to use a secondary application like photoshop to
crop then save then paste...

I saw one post that suggested clicking or selecting the picture and then
going to format and select picture, but picture is not in my format pull
down...

Thanks to anyone that can help or tries.
