Crooked view, can i flip a movie like you can to a picture?

i have a video of my daughter i recorded on my digital camera. i held the
camera sideways when doing it and now i cannot figure out how to make it
straight!! can anyone help me? thanks in advance.

Movie Maker 2.1 will rotate
a movie file...just go to...effects...
and drag/drop 90, 180 or 270
onto the video in question.
