critical updates not installing

Hi. I'm running Win2k Server SP4 and lately I haven't been able to install
critical updates via windowsupdate.com. Only 2 updates install but all
others will fail. The two are Cumulative Security Update for Internet
Explorer 5.01 Service Pack 4 (KB832894), and Security Update for Microsoft
Data Access Components (KB832483).

Does anyone know how to fix this problem as I really need to install all
updates?
