Security Update for Windows XP x64 Edition (KB973869)

Rebooted, ran the installer several times.. Reports install was successful,
but reappears in Notification within a few minutes. If I turn on full
autoupdates, it keeps installing over and over and over.

Related note.. Flash Update wants to install, but fails. Oddly it is for an
older version of Flash which I do not have on this system, but Microsoft
keeps reporting it as needed. Security Update for Flash Player (KB913433)

Full System Scan shows system is clear of any Malware, Viruses, etc...

The Notification of this update is almost as annoying as UAC on Vista

Have you found a solution? I can't install it too. I tryed to install
with my Bitdefender, it said that it's insalled but the notification
don't desapeare
