I make an Access file called MMYFILE.MDB ,and using Access's PAGE ( table,
query, form,...,PAGE), I make a PAGE called AABBCC(it is inside my Access
file) and generate a .htm file called AABBCC.htm

After these, I put MMYFILE.MDB , AABBCC.htm to my website. When I type
www...com/AABBCC.htm ,the webpage of AABBCC.htm opened, however, (it seems
like it can't link to the database MMYFILE.MDB) the web said "cannot
initiate data provide program" ( my computer shows Chinese words, I only
translate it into English here, thus the English may not very exactly), and
then shows another alert "invalide file name "

This problem really bothers me. I cannot succeed in putting my .htm and .mdb
on the website now .

Please help me! Thanks a million! ( I can provide the web address to your
mail box)

I'm not an expert, but I believe you have to update the DATA PAGE's reference
to the DB after you place them in the new location. The PAGE needs a
reference to the DB (either a reference link or a file that gives it a
reference).

Since the PAGE is in the same directory as the DB, this should be simple.
Once you have the PAGE opened in ACCESS, refresh the link.
