Occassionally while I am using a program (any program) I will hear the
critical stop sound. Should I be concerned and if so what should I do? I
know this is a bit vague. thanks El

Check Event Viewer for any corresponding errors

thank you for your response - I have written down the times when the sound
occurs and there is nothing for those times in the event viewer
