Hi,

Look at the rear panel of the PC tower, if you can find
the speaker/mic/line-in jacks, you should have the sound
card/chips installed.
Try boot into BIOS and look for the on-board sound chips
and check that it is enabled. Then install the sound chip
drivers (should be on the CD that came with the mobo)
If there is no onboard sound chips, open the tower case
cover and check what brand and model of sound card is
inserted into the PCI slot then install the proper
drivers.
