Outlook stores your messages stores (OST and PST) as hidden files in
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook, where username will be the username used on the
drive you want to access. It may be protected by account settings, if so,
you'll need to give the logged in account permission to access the folder.

i recovered the outlook.pst from the "c:\documents and settings .... "
folder
i imported them into a fresh outlook 2003 installton

BUT i cant find all my subfoldres i created under the "personal
folders "??? IS THAT OSSIBLE ? and where can i find them
thats where i saved all the important messages and attachements
the outlook.pst file is fairly large 720 MB
PLEASE help me where i can find the sub folders and is it possible to

Sure it's possible. Why did you import?
Just use the previous PST file in the new installation so you don't keep
losing data.
