I have a title and a list of 70 credits that I want to scroll up from the
bottom of the screen at the end of a powerpoint presentation. I want the
title to scroll up and remain at the top of the slide as the 70 credits
scroll from the bottom and then disappear at the top of the screen under the
title. I've tried the credits function but cannot get the title to stay.
Any ideas?

Stretch the title text box the full width of the slide and move it so that the
top of the text box overlaps the top of the slide. Give the text box a fill
color that matches the background of the slide. Select the text that is
animated as "Credits" and go to the Draw toolbar, select "Order" and then "Send
to Back". Now test in slide show mode and it will do what you want.
