Creating Word document from Access Form

's Computer Specifications

I can create new word document from within Access Form.
However the word document does not show up on the screen
immediately, and I need to either go ALT+TAB or click on
Word icon on the taskbar to open it. Is there anyway I can
make the new word document to show up on screen
automatically without user interaction?
