Hello there!
I have never used a newsgroup before, so here goes.
I have just finished the Microsoft online tutorial for
FrontPage 2000. In hindsight it was okay but whilst doing
it I was having all sorts of problems. I am completely
computer illiterate, and I need instructions given to me
like you would give to a ten year old child! And I am not
kidding!
My objective is to eventually publish a web site. On this
web site I will have a home page telling the reader that I
have an ebook for sale.
Could you tell me about the following please?

How do I structure my web site?
Do I have my home page up the top (parent page I think)
then an order form which accepts credit card payment
then at the bottom ( child page I think )have the ebook
for them to read?

Should I make the book a download or should I make it a
product that they need to visit site and use a password to
view? Whatever your answer could you explain how to do it?

Find an online host that offers the FP Server Extensions and E-commerce to handle your sales

PayPal is an easy way of accepting credit card
payments.

As to how to deliver the product there are many
options as you've noted. What format is the
book in? .pdf, .doc, .txt ?

If you need a hand drop me an email as I know
from experience how hard it is starting from
knowing nothing.
