is there a way to create a virtual shortcut on a USB drive that is
relative to the drive letter (automatically detects drive letter
changes) of the USB drive to run apps on the USB drive?

If it is a exe file, then create a bat file and type
start "RELATIVE PATH\YOUR FILE NAME.EXTENSION"

Type start /? in Start > Run > CMD to learn more.


If its not a exe, tell me back..
