Hello there...
Is it possible to create an OU filled with users (and not computers) to
apply a group policy?
Since I'm a newbie I'd like to read some documents about those
topics...
Does anyone has some websites with useful info?
I'm googling but I've found small information about securing the server
but my focus now is to learn how to handle policies correctly...
Even a good (and easy) book suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

Yes you can create an OU, fill it with users and apply policies to it.
There are a lot of GP resources at
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserv...y/default.mspx .
I would suggest that you read the info there and watch some of the webcasts.

Yes
You would move the user into the OU and apply the group policy to the OU.

Go here and choose your server OS and search for Group Policy

Thank you so much

With your info and websites (and windows help) I've been able to
prepare an OU, put all the users i wanted in, then with right
click-->properties I've been able to set a new policy (change explorer
title bar) for this new ou.
I thought that using ou would help me to spred this policy around my
clients (just one, lol) but I had no luck :|
In the ou i've tried putting the only domain user I have and/or its
computer...
No way to see that title bar changing
Any hint to understand where I'm wrong?

Forgive me for bothering about such stupid issues...
It's time to buy a book :|
