Creating an update to .NET app

I have a setup project for a VB.NET app that installs everything
successfully. I want to create another project that updates this app by
merely copying a new .exe and possibly a few other files. (I need a separate
setup so it will be smaller.) Can someone point me in the direction of how
to do this?
