Right click on the Contacts folder, select properties, and use the dropdown
to select the default form used "when posting to this folder."

After furious head scratching, Bell asked:
| I would like to create and keep new contact cards for a project I am
| working on. I need name, site, date of event, and several other odd

| I did design a form, and saved it, but I cannot figure out how to use
| it the same way I do normally; that is, I want to be able to use the
| custom card, fill it out, click "save and new" and have the same card
| come up time and again.
