How do you add a title page? Help menu says you can but I can't find
instructions on how to create one?

==================================
Add text to any photo (you can add multiple
copies of the same photo) or you can even
import a photo into an editing program and
fill it with a solid color...then import it into
PhotoStory and add your titles to it. (if you
want instructions on creating a solid color...
scroll down)

The third screen in PhotoStory is the "Add a
title to your pictures" screen. There's an option
on this screen you can click..."Learn more
about adding titles".

Maybe the following article will be useful:

Photo Story 3 - Add Titles
http://www.papajohn.org/PS3-Titles.html

"Create a solid color photo for a title page"

You could use a second copy of one of
your images (you can add the same one
as many times as you like)...or...you can
create a blank and import it just as any
other picture into PhotoStory.

Here's one way to do it.

Open MS Paint....

(Start / Programs / Accessories / Paint)

Open a picture in MS Paint....
(File / Open...choose any picture)

Type...Ctrl+Shift+N

Now you have a blank.

Next...select..."Fill With Color" button in your left pane.

Left click any color you like for your title at the bottom of the screen.

Left click the blank to fill it with the color.

Now go to...File / Save As...

Choose a save location...(Desktop...for example)

Enter a name... Title Page

Choose a format... JPEG

Click Save.

Now import the edited file into PhotoStory....
Drag it all the way to the left and enter your text.

it seems that I had the capability of creating a title page from some presets
in previous stories I have created. I checked one and I have text and a
picture of a birthday cake and it says "Chapter One" and my first picture is
in the box. It has been several years since I created one but I remember
being able to choose some different background and images for the title page.
Could this actually have been in the DVD program when I was creating a DVD?

There are no presets in PhotoStory but creating a title
page is quite simple as the info I posted for you explains.

Sorry...I have no idea what was in your DVD program...
but most DVD Authoring software does have options to
create Scenes/Chapters.

There's a plug-in available that will allow you to create
DVDs from PhotoStory:
