Creating a Terms of Use with an "I Accept' box to click in an emai

I would like to create an email with attachments, however, before you can
open the attachments I would like to create a Term of Use statement with an
"I Accept" box to click before you can open the attachments. Thanks

outlook can't do that- check these out

Hey Sandy...............i get a terms of use popup everytime i open any
office app. i click accept each time, but it still pops up the next time i
use it. i just reinstalled an office 2003 on a new laptop. i do not know if
that is relevent...got any answers??
