I have downloaded Sysprep V1.1 How do I create the sysprep
boot disks? Thanks.

There really isn't any way to boot up a system with Sysprep 1.1. Sysprep
1.1 is designed to strip SIDs off of a Windows 2000 and prepare it for
imaging using 3rd party software. Please let me know what you were hoping
Sysprep 1.1 would do for you and I will let you know if there are any
alternatives.
