Creating a ShortCut for Windows 2000 within Windows XP

Hello All,

I want to dual boot my machine I want to be able to create a short-cut
of Windows 2000 on the desktop of XP. When I click on this short-cut
it will restart the machine and load Windows 2000.

Is there away of doing this?
