A load of email addresses were imported into outlook as contacts and so the
contact cards contained noother info other than email addresses. As such when
we created distribution lists the 1st time round we could copy and paste from
the conatc cards directly.
However now we need the name and company info in the contact cards so we can
identify which company they belong to. When I try to copy and paste them it
carries accross all the data and Outlook doesn't like this as it can't
diregard the useless data (or it has not been doing so from what I have done)
Is there a way of quickly establishing distributions lists without having to
manually go through each email address in the long list (we have 4000)
