auto updates to a personal calendar.

What our staff want is a personal calendar each that is a
sub calendar or the organisation calendar. The personal
calendar is updated by the individual but is also
synchronised automatically with the organisation calendar
which is only changed by one or two individuals.

Within Outlook is their a way to create this group
calendar that can be shared throughout an organisation
that can have sub individual calendars.

Are thier any work around solutions.

Thanks in advance Trev

This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm#exssync for possible solutions.
