I recently had to reload my system after a crash, and now I find I can't
create any rules in Outlook 2007. I get the message "Messages sent and
received using HTTP email accounts cannot be filtered using outlook rules"
Before the reload I had tons of rules and they worked fine. Any ideas?

Is this a Hotmail account?
If, for some reason, you have added a Hotmail, Windows Live or MSN account
using http then remove it and add it again using the Outlook Connector -
