Hello, I’m sure you are aware that you can create on your outlook 07 many new
folders from the File on the menu bar… Well I have several folders that I
created... When you are creating different rules on each of them, saying like
when you do receive a specific e-mail, it will be directing to the
appropriate folder so that way you can sort it out all of your incoming
e-mails... Today… this system seems to work in a topsy-turvy way... In
outlook07 do we have a default program bottom, which will reset everything to
zero, factory way so I can again reassign each folder… My incoming emails are
going to the wrong folder even if I redirect and recreate the rule… It keeps
doing the same things tirelessly. Also, when I sent an e-mail Outgoing,
instated to have this e-mail going by default to my sent folder, how can
create a rule saying from now and on, when I send this particular e-mail
belong to this specific folder, it will be going there instead to m sent
folder.. Can you tell me how I can do that, Thanks you?

Start with scanning your pst-file for errors with scanpst.exe.
For details see;

Also, verify that you have configured your rules correctly and that you are
using the "Stop processing rules" action accordingly.

You can also use rules to move outgoing emails to separate folders.
