I receive mails mails like
hi i scored 81.5 percentage, hi i scored 76.5 percentage, so on...

now my problem is that i like to send mails like that which just differs by
one word or so to be directed to a folder. say in this case it could
represent all the mails in one line "hi i scored * percentage" , just using
the wild card character *

It would help greatly with your Outlook version, but this is for Outlook 2007.

Why not create a rule stating that "with specific words in the subject" = "percentage"

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Subhendu asked:

hi milly
Thanks for your answer but that won't solve my problem because there might
be some other mails with the word "percentage" in the command line... what i
asked is for auto generated mail kind of thing to be placed in a folder
differing in only word.
anyway thanks...
