Hi,

I receive invoices as attachments and created rules to send the emails to a
particular folder & print. However, it prints the main body of the e-mail,
not the attachment. Are there any free downloadable add ins from Microsoft to
add a 'print attachment' option?

i found this http://www.sperrysoftware.com/Outlook/Auto-Print.asp add in but
it costs $30.00.

thanks

Tricia

If you want it automatic, you'll need an app.
See http://www.slipstick.com/problems/printarrival.asp for other utilities
some may be less than $30. If you consider the time it takes to do it
manually, the ROI for any of the add-ins is very low.

Many thanks, Diane. I don't understand the acronym ROI, but I get the gist
from the context! I'm researching it now. Regards Tricia
