Lets say you created a resource named ResourceA.
Either you login windows as ResourceA and access Outlook using the ResourceA
account.
OR you give full access to the ResourceA mailbox to your user (lets say
"Tim"), Create an outlook profile for the ResourceA account and run outlook
using the ResourceA profile.
In both cases then you open menu TOOLS / OPTIONS / on the PREFERENCES tab
click CALENDAR OPTIONS then click RESOURCE SCHEDULING
here you checkmark the 2 first options and confirm all windows
Then you open menu TOOLS / OPTIONS / on the DELEGATES tab you click ADD and
add the 2 users to the delegates list. Define their accessrights to the
diffrent folders and remember to checkmark the option "Delegates receive
copies of meeting-related messages sent to me". Close and confirm all windows
again.
Now you can close outlook and reload your own profile (or delete the
ResourceA profile if no longer needed)
That was it...
