Hello, I'm new at using MS Outlook 2007. I'm trying to create a resource,
and then having the resource automatically accept meeting invitations. Does
anyone have step by step instructions on how to create resources and have
them automatically accept invitations?

Also, I continually get this error message "set of folders cannot be
opened", when I try to open up a shared calendar.

Please help. Your help is really appreciated. Thank you.

Exchange Admin Build:
6.5.6944.4 Exchange 2003. Initial Release July 2003. RTM
6.5.7226.6 Exchange 2003 SP1. Released May 2004

I would suggest that you try the Auto Accept Agent for
Exchange 2003. We use that, very nice.

James Chong (MVP) offered up a great article explaining:
Exchange 2003 Auto Accept Agent vs. direct booking
