Hello
I have a simple MSAccess database for maintaining documentation and
instructions. It is including fields such as Objective, Description,
Deliverables etc. I am wondering if someone could provide me a code which can
achieve this;

When user make any changes in any record and click on Save button in the
data entry form, it should generate a report as a PDF file and save it on a
specified location automatically. If the file already exist, it will replace
it. Currently I am doing this manually using Crystal report. It would be
great if I can somehow program this.

Any suggestion or advise would be greatly appreciated, thanks
