We have created a vacation calendar, that everyone can use & see, but it
doesn't show reminders. Is it possible to setup a public shared calendar to
give out reminders - even if the reminder only pops up on 1 of the PC's?

I have the same need for a scenario where I would like the reminder to go to
either a particular mailbox or DL. I hope this is possible, but the solution
is not evident from what I can see.

Thanks
Jeff

As this is a department shared folder, do I need a license of the reminder
manager at this site per user or for just 1 user to set up the reminder? I
would also think that there must be an easier way without having to add on to
Outlook.

Thanks
Jeff

You would need 1 license for each user who is running Reminder Manager. To
my knowledge there are no other applications that add reminders for public
folders or shared mailboxes.
