I've installed XP Pro on my computer and I've also created Profiles for 2
other users as well But I want to install software that I don't want to share
or appear on their profile, and I want to do the same for them as well. How
do I do that.

You write "I want to install software that I don't want to share or
appear on their profile, and I want to do the same for them as well."
I do not understand what you're trying to achieve - please rephrase.

OK, if I install my video game software on my video game software on my
profile it will show up on the other users profile as well, I don't want this
to happen.
I can I keep software that is ment for me off of others profile( so it won't
show up in other start menu or desktop)

You must make sure that the shortcut for this program
is located in your own profile folder, not in the "All Users"
profile folder.

While you might be able to change the paths of the icons that show up on
the screen for each profile, you won't be able to change the fact that ALL
USERS can see the hard drive and will have access to the FOLDERS/FILES for
anything anyone installs.

Also, depending on what you install, if it has a Start-Up component that
is loaded, if you change the security so that only your account has access
it may break things for your other users.

On a shared computer you don't have any real privacy, get use to it.
