creating popup menu when user right-clicks on cell

i've googled this but don't have the object model down...

i want to setup a popup menu populated from an adodb recordset....

dim myRS
dim myGlobalPopUpMenu

create myRS......

while not myRs.bof and myRS.EOF
...create new menuItem with
Caption = myRS!name

wend
