Creating an Outlook Express Archive File (.pst) On My Local Drive

Creating an new folder on the server is easy, but I can't see any doc on
creating the archive on an external disk drive.

Outlook Express doesn't use a pst. If you mean Outlook, you autoarchive will
create the pst for you.

Thanks Diane, but it is Outlook Express giving the user the request to create
a .pst file to archive to.

I didn't believe it either until I was at the workstation looking at the
dialogue box...

Please reply at your earliest convenience because the user must keep her
docs and is way over the company advised limit for storage.

Check Help, About for the version.

Outlook Express doesn't have an archive option so she could just cancel the
dialog.
